Everyone has heard by now that there is a β€œnew sheriff in town.”  Federal government agencies responsible for enforcing employment-related laws have been hiring.  They have announced more aggressive enforcement targeting employers to expand the rights of workers.

If you would like to be better prepared when the government knocks on your door, come join us to learn how to build the proper foundations for:

  • Responding to the EEOC
  • Dealing with FLSA (wage-hour) investigation
  • Preparing for an I-9 or immigration audit
  • Complying with OSHA
  • Surviving an OFCCP audit
